Refund policy

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via phone at +254793982924 or email at ayurherbsandspices@gmail.com. Kindly do not open or tamper with the product.

Exchange Policy:

• Items must remain unopened and untampered with to be eligible for exchange.

• Products damaged due to factors beyond our control (e.g., improper storage, exposure to heat, fire, smoke, or water) will not be accepted.

• Always request and keep your original receipt or invoice—this is required for any exchange.

• Once approved, delivery of the exchanged goods will be completed within 3 days of collecting the original items.

• Cash refunds are not available. Instead, we issue credit notes, which must be used in full.

• The exchanged product's value should match the original purchase amount. If it exceeds the original value, the difference can be paid via cash, M-Pesa, or any available payment method.

• All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our management.
